GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Applicability : These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Helvet Consulting SARL. Any conflicting conditions of the client shall be deemed unwritten unless expressly agreed upon in writing beforehand.
2. Pricing and invoicing : All prices are stated in CHF excluding VAT. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due upon order. The balance is invoiced upon completion of the service, at the time of issuing the final invoice.
3. Payment : Invoices are payable within 30 days of their issue date. Any late payment shall automatically incur default interest of 5% per annum without prior notice.
4. Service delivery : Helvet Consulting SARL undertakes to perform its services with care and diligence. This obligation is one of means, not of result. Communicated timelines are indicative unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Liability : The liability of Helvet Consulting SARL is limited to the amount of the service concerned. Helvet Consulting SARL shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
6. Claims : Any claim must be notified in writing within 8 days of completion of the service, failing which it shall be deemed void.
7. Applicable law : These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne.
